Delivery Charges:
Purchases between $50 - $99 = $10 charge
Purchases between $100 - $149 = $5 charge
All Purchases over $150 are free delivery
Click and Collect Charges:
Purchases between $50 and $99 = $5 service charge
All Purchases above $100 have no service charge

This servce runs every day from Monday through to Saturday.
The Afternoon Delivery time slot is between 1pm - 6pm
Close off for orders is 11pm the previous night
